Reconciliation and Civic Education Workshop for 'Eua District

‘Eua’s People’s Representative to the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Sunia Fili opened the first District Workshop on Reconciliation and Civic Education last Thursday morning (September 18) at the LDS Chapel Hall, ‘Ohonua, ‘Eua. In this opening address Mr. Sunia Fili pointed out to the 50 participants how very important this workshop is to the political reforms that will be happening in 2010.

Teck Cominco Discovers Four High-grade Copper-Gold-Zinc SMS Systems in Tonga

Toronto Ontario, September 17, 2008 - Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX & AIM: NUS) (the "Company" or "Nautilus") has been advised by its exploration partner, Teck Cominco Limited ("Teck Cominco"), that it has discovered four new high-grade Seafloor Massive Sulphide ("SMS") Systems on Nautilus' prospecting licences in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Kingdom of Tonga (http://www.nautilusminerals.com/i/misc/PR_Tonga_Tenements.jpg). Laboratory testing of 17 massive sulphide samples, across the four newly discovered SMS systems, returned an average grade of 16.4 g/t gold, 8.2% copper, 12.3% zinc and 184 g/t silver (see Table 1).
